This Letter to the Editor by family members was reprinted with permission from the Dec. 9, 2003, edition of The Sand Mountain Reporter in Albertville-Boaz, Ala.
The family of Pluma Wilkes wishes to thank Beverly Healthcare Center of Boaz for the special care which was given to her during her stay there. She often expressed how good everyone was to her.
We also wish to thank Bro. Wayne Roden and the staff at the Albertville Memorial Chapel for their kindness during her recent death. The meal which the members of the Sardis Baptist Church provided for the family after her funeral was deeply appreciated.
A special thanks to each friend or family member who came or called, sent a card or flowers, or spoke a word of kindness or encouragement.
"May God bless each of you" is our prayer.
