Beverly Healthcare announces the addition of Euana Waters as Customer Service Representatives for both Hilltop and Harrison Nursing Centers.
Waters was a Beverly associate for nine years before assuming the role of Long-Term Care Ombudsman with Area Agency on Aging of Northwest Arkansas.
As Ombudsman, she was the advocate for all residents in the nursing home and residential care facilities in nine counties of Northwest Arkansas.
She has been associated with Hospice of the Hills and Home Care of North Arkansas Regional Medical Center, and Marion County Nursing Home in Yellville. She is an apprentice funeral director with Holt Memorial Chapel in Harrison.
As Customer Service Representative, Waters will be available to provide information regarding the outstanding therapy programs offered by both facilities that promote wellness and assist residents in returning home, as well as the Alzheimer’s Specialized Care Unit that has recently become a part of Harrison Nursing Center.
