During a time when nursing homes are under increased public scrutiny and government regulation, Beverly Healthcare Eastern Shore continues to receive high marks from families, friends and associates. Beverly Healthcare Eastern Shore recently released the results of its satisfaction surveys that are distributed each year to customers and employees. The surveys are the most comprehensive of their kind in long-term care, and are part of Beverly Healthcare’s nationwide quality assessment.
The surveys assessed the perceptions of quality and service of more than 36,000 employees, relatives and guardians of residents in Beverly Healthcare nursing homes.
The family and friends survey was mailed to 102 family members of Beverly Healthcare Eastern Shore. The associate survey, distributed to more than 55,000 associates nationwide, also assessed Beverly Healthcare as a place to work. The associate satisfaction survey was distributed to 100 associates at Beverly Healthcare Eastern Shore.
“We are committed to providing quality care to our residents,” said Cecile Godfrey, Beverly Healthcare Eastern Shore Administrator. “This isn’t just a job for us; we have put our heart into the success of our home. Receiving positive feedback, not just from our customers but from our associates too, just reinforces that we are working diligently to provide a safe, positive and caring environment for our residents and employees.”
Of the Beverly Healthcare Eastern Shore customers who responded, 100 percent said they are satisfied or very satisfied with the overall care and services provided to their family members, and 100 percent would recommend Beverly Healthcare Eastern Shore to a friend. Likewise, of those Beverly Healthcare Eastern Shore associates who responded, 93.3 percent said they would recommend the nursing home as a good place to work.
Beverly Healthcare Eastern Shore provides quality healthcare for up to 108 residents, including those needing skilled nursing and rehabilitative care.
